These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Mom’s Pik website, products and services.

By visiting our website, placing an order or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:

The products purchased are for lawful personal or business use

3. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, ingredients, nutritional information, allergens, net quantity, prices and images accurately.

However:

Product appearance, colour and size may vary slightly because food products contain natural ingredients
Packaging design may be updated from time to time
Product images are for representation purposes
Batch number, manufacturing date and best-before date vary by batch and are printed on the supplied product
Information on the physical product label should be reviewed before consumption

If website information conflicts with the mandatory declaration printed on the product supplied, please contact us before consuming the product.

4. Food allergies and dietary suitability

Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete ingredients and allergen information before purchase and consumption.

Our products may be processed in facilities that also handle ingredients such as peanuts, tree nuts, soy and milk.

Do not consume a product if you are allergic or sensitive to any declared ingredient or allergen.

Information on our website is provided for general product-information purposes and is not medical, dietary or nutritional advice.

5. Prices and taxes

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

The Maximum Retail Price, where displayed, is inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges, discounts and the final payable amount are shown during checkout.

We may change product prices, discounts or promotional offers at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

6. Orders and order acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.

We may accept, reject or cancel an order for reasons including:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Payment failure
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity
Incomplete or incorrect delivery details
Delivery location being unserviceable
Quantity limitations
Events beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel a paid order, the amount received for the cancelled item or order will be refunded according to the applicable payment method and our refund process.

7. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways and service providers.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. Mom’s Pik does not directly store complete card, UPI PIN or internet-banking credentials.

Payment processing may also be governed by the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider.

8. Shipping and delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Once dispatched, delivery normally takes approximately 3–5 business days.

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery destination, courier operations, holidays, weather, local restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Storage and consumption

Customers should follow the storage instructions printed on the product packaging.

Products should generally be stored in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. After opening, keep the jar tightly closed or transfer the contents to a clean, dry airtight container.

Do not consume a product if:

Its seal appears broken or tampered with
It is past its declared best-before date
The product appears contaminated or unsafe
The packaging is materially damaged

10. Returns, replacements and refunds

As our products are consumable food items, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, taste preferences or products that have been opened or consumed.

Requests involving damaged, leaking, incorrect, missing or unsafe products are handled according to our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

11. Promotions and discount codes

Promotional offers and discount codes:

May be valid only for a limited period
May be restricted to selected products or order values
May not be combined unless specifically stated
May be withdrawn or modified before an order is placed
Have no cash value
Must not be used fraudulently or repeatedly through multiple accounts

Only one discount code may be used per order unless expressly stated otherwise.

You must not use the website:

For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
To submit false information
To interfere with website security or operation
To introduce viruses, malware or harmful code
To copy, scrape or commercially exploit website content without permission

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment gateways, courier companies, tracking platforms and social-media services.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, content or services that are outside our control. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mom’s Pik will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of the website or failure to follow product instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights, liability or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection rights and dispute-resolution mechanisms, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
